All shipping prices include VAT and are expressed in € (Euro).

A flat rate of €5.00 will be applied for delivery costs.
Please note that, in the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed once the order amount has been credited. Arbatus Alicudi will deliver via Poste Italiane.

We offer tracked shipping to 20 European countries: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary.

The shipment will be made from the island of Alicudi – Aeolian Islands – Messina, via Poste Italiane, which operates only on Wednesdays or Thursdays. At the time of delivery, the customer or a trusted person must be present to check that the packaging is intact and that the products received correspond to the order.

At the time of shipment, an email will be sent with all the information needed to track the delivery status of the order.

In the event of visible defects, such as incorrect quantities and/or incorrect products and damaged packaging, the customer or their representative must report this on the transport document and contact Arbatus Alicudi at the email address info@eolietrekking.com no later than 7 (seven) days after delivery.
