Definition and object of the contract
This contract (“Contract”) is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 and ss. Of the D.Lgs. 6 September 2005, n. 206 (“Consumer Code”).
The Contract deals with the sale of movable property between Arbatus Editrice srl, with registered office in Via Regina Elena, 16 – 98050 – Alicudi (ME) – VAT No. 02748150832 (“Arbatus Editrice”) and the consumer (the “Customer”) ). The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by Arbatus Editrice of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer via the Internet on the website www.eolietrekking.com (the “Website”).
Method of purchase and payment
The Customer will be allowed to choose one of the following payment methods:
(a) Bank Transfer
(b) PayPal
(c) by any other means of payment from time to time indicated as valid by Arbatus Editrice through the transmissions on the Site.
Delivery of products – complaints
Arbatus Editrice delivers the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 24/48 hours from receipt of payment.

Availability of products
Arbatus Editrice Customer’s orders within the limits of the quantities of the requested products existing in the warehouse. Therefore, the acceptance by Arbatus Editrice of the purchase proposal submitted by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock. Arbatus Editrice undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseeable stock depletion due to excess demand or other causes.
Guarantees and assistance
For products purchased by the Customer, the rules on guarantees and assistance regarding the sale of consumer goods are applicable to Arbatus Editrice.
Customer obligations
The Customer declares and guarantees: to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code; to be of age; that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and true.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to return the purchased product, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 days from receipt of the products. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforementioned deadline, expressing it through a written communication, registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt at Arbatus Editrice srl – via Regina Elena, 16 – 98050 Alicudi (ME) -Italy. The customer who intends to make use of the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated on the invoice, following the instructions contained therein, within 30 days of receipt of the products. The costs of returning the products are charged to the customer.
Arbatus Editrice will return, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer:
(I) the full price paid by the Customer in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functionality; or
(II) the part of the price equivalent to the product actually returned by the Customer who has consumed the product appreciably and / or such as to significantly undermine its value.
Jurisdiction
The Contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the Contract will be the responsibility of the Court of Vicenza.
Major force
In any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, Arbatus Editrice is not responsible for the delay or non-delivery and reserves the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part, suspend or delay its execution.
